Just so you know, I'm a sucker for sports analogies but don't write me off yet! How did Pivot Point come about? While I am not a big basketball fan I looked for an analogy for change. I go through pivotal times of my life every few years or so and that process really gives my energy; a bit of apprehension and fear but mostly excitement. Like a basketball player receiving a pass he can make a number of pivotal decisions. Pass the ball back, pass it left, pass it right, dribble the ball or turn and shoot. Lots of decisions, all relying on the skill of pivoting. So that is it for basketball analogies; if there are any more they will probably be hockey related (or maybe baseball because there are so many). Change is scary but exciting.
The average person works 90 thousand hours in a lifetime! 87% of people lack any form of passion for their vocation. 80% of people are outright dissatisfied with their jobs.* Wow! Doesn't that make us feel we can do so much more? I get it, there are life's commitments and obligations but can most of us find satisfaction and purpose in our lives? I believe we all can.
My coaching is to help you achieve what you want to change. Together we can improve your career navigation, improved communication skills, networking, relationship building; friendships with loved ones. Find your passion; find your way. Now one last sports analogy, the great Yankee baseball player Yogi Berra said "When you come to a fork in the road take it." Of course this is pretty much a paradox to the basketball analogy but hey, it's my website. I look forward to meeting you one day.
There is no cookie-cutter approach or magic formula to success in real estate sales. The secret sauce is your own recipe! You can succeed as the person you are. Enjoy building your business without extensive contact lists, big budget advertising campaigns or former sales experience. Let my 42 years of sales and marketing management help you to a fulfilling and lucrative real estate career. And yes, I did start my career as a 21 year old.
You have a great idea; a great product but are challenged on how best to expose that product. You want the world to be as excited about what you do as you are. While the focus on your business is on the product perhaps the financial reward is not what you envisioned. Learn to attain perspective, prune, renew, and maybe reset how your business operates.
I get very excited working with people who have a rich desire to succeed and flourish! Professional coaching gives me a great deal of self satisfaction. To this day I occasionally run into people I have mentored or coached over the years in either business or sports. Some tell me that I made an impactful and meaningful difference in their lives! While my vocation outside of coaching is primarily in the real estate/marketing field, I get energy assisting people in attaining what they want with any definition of what success means to them.
